It is our desire to produce quality products. If you are unhappy for any reason with your product, please call us, fax us or e-mail us. We will be more than happy to exchange your product for one that is more suitable or refund you in full.

You will receive an order acknowledgment if your e-mail address or fax number is included with your order. Orders will ship from our warehouse in 3-5 business days. All orders ship via UPS Ground. Overnight or air shipping is available as necessary. Rates will vary significantly from the rate sheet below.

Due to the weight and packaging of some items, a $15 handling fee will be added to your order total during checkout. This charge will be in addition to the regular shipping charges and will be clearly noted on the product page.

Payment Excepted
We accept payment through Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, along with accepting checks and money orders.

For those who prefer to mail in their credit card information or pay by check or money order, choose "Fax/Mail" as the payment option when prompted during checkout. After submittal of your order, you can print the confirmation page, or you will also be sent a copy of your invoice via email that you can print, then mail to us at:

Buying from Praire Dance is easy and secure. You don't have to fill out a registration form or download software to shop. And when you place an order, you can feel confident that your credit card information is protected by Yahoo!'s secure server. For every item, there will be an button.
This button adds the item to your shopping basket. Putting something in your shopping basket does not commit you to buying it. After you put something in your shopping basket, you can choose to place the order immediately, or continue shopping. Remember, you can remove selections from your basket at any time.

You can put as many items as you want in your shopping basket. When you are finished and want to place your order, you can get back to your shopping basket by clicking on the Show Order button.

When you do decide to checkout, our system will walk you through the process. Upon completion of your order you will be sent a copy of your order invoice via email.
